Untap all creatures you control. They gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. (They can't be the targets of spells or abilities your opponents control. Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy them.)

You get (an energy counter), then you may pay one or more . If you do, each creature you control with power equal to the amount of paid this way gains indestructible until end of turn.

Destroy all creatures.

Creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain lifelink until end of turn. Untap those creatures. (Damage dealt by those creatures also causes you to gain that much life.)

When Lena enters, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token for each nontoken creature you control.

Sacrifice Lena: Creatures you control with power less than Lena's power gain indestructible until end of turn.

Creatures you control get +2/+1 until end of turn. White creatures you control also gain first strike until end of turn. (They deal combat damage before creatures without first strike.)
