There are no rulings for Theft of Dreams.
Detain target creature an opponent controls. (Until your next turn, that creature can't attack or block and its activated abilities can't be activated.)
Draw a card.
Choose a creature type. Draw a card for each permanent you control of that type.
Target opponent reveals their hand. You draw a card for each Mountain and red card in it.
Target opponent gains control of target creature. (If an attacking or blocking creature changes controllers, it's removed from combat.)
Tap one or two target creatures an opponent controls. Put a stun counter on each of them. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
