I — Each player mills four cards. Then you may exile a creature or planeswalker card from each graveyard.
II, III — Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among cards exiled with King Narfi's Betrayal, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Legendary Enchantment Creature — Horror (9/9)
Arvinox, the Mind Flail isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own.
At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Whenever Mezzio Mugger attacks, exile the top card of each player's library. You may play those cards this turn, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Blitz (If you cast this spell for its blitz cost, it gains haste and "When this creature dies, draw a card." Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.)

Devour Intellect — When Intellect Devourer enters, each opponent exiles a card from their hand until Intellect Devourer leaves the battlefield.
Body Thief — You may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled with Intellect Devourer. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
Creature — Horror (6/6)
Menace
Whenever Elder Brain attacks a player, exile all cards from that player's hand, then they draw that many cards. You may play lands and cast spells from among the exiled cards for as long as they remain exiled. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
Legendary Artifact
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to activate abilities of creatures you control.
Creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them have all activated abilities of all creature cards exiled with Agatha's Soul Cauldron.

Snow Creature — Zombie Cleric (4/4)
If a nontoken creature an opponent controls would die, exile that card with an ice counter on it instead.
You may cast spells from among cards in exile your opponents own with ice counters on them, and you may spend mana from snow sources as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Legendary Creature — Human Ninja (4/4)
When Kotose, the Silent Spider enters, exile target card other than a basic land card from an opponent's graveyard. Search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then that player shuffles. For as long as you control Kotose, you may play one of the exiled cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
Creature — Human Detective (1/4)
When Case File Auditor enters and whenever you solve a Case, look at the top six cards of your library. You may reveal an enchantment card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast Case spells.
Legendary Enchantment
When Oath of Nissa enters, look at the top three cards of your library. You may reveal a creature, land, or planeswalker card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast planeswalker spells.
Creature — Human Rogue (3/2)
Flash
You control your opponents while they're searching their libraries.
While an opponent is searching their library, they exile each card they find. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them.
Instant
Choose one —
• Counter target noncreature spell.
• Conjure a duplicate of target creature card in an opponent's graveyard into your hand. It perpetually gains "You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast this spell."
If there are five or more mana values among cards in your graveyard, draft a card from Bind to Secrecy's spellbook.
