Undergrowth — Search your library for a black card with mana value less than or equal to the number of creature cards in your graveyard, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
Legendary Planeswalker — Nissa
Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, put a loyalty counter on Nissa of Shadowed Boughs.
+1: Untap target land you control. You may have it become a 3/3 Elemental creature with haste and menace until end of turn. It's still a land.
-5: You may put a creature card with mana value less than or equal to the number of lands you control onto the battlefield from your hand or graveyard with two +1/+1 counters on it.
Legendary Planeswalker — Nissa

0: Look at the top card of your library. If it's a land card or a creature card with mana value less than or equal to the number of loyalty counters on Nissa, Steward of Elements, you may put that card onto the battlefield.
-6: Untap up to two target lands you control. They become 5/5 Elemental creatures with flying and haste until end of turn. They're still lands.
Legendary Creature — Wolf (3/3)
Whenever a permanent an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Sarulf, Realm Eater.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sarulf has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove all of them. If you do, exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters removed this way.
Creature — Spirit Wizard (3/2)
Flying
When Spectral Arcanist enters, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value less than or equal to the number of Spirits you control from a graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
Sorcery
Fathomless descent — Return to the battlefield target nonland permanent card in your graveyard with mana value less than or equal to the number of permanent cards in your graveyard.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after IV.)
I, II, III — Create a 1/1 black and green Insect creature token.
IV — Sacrifice any number of creatures. Search your library and/or graveyard for a creature card with mana value less than or equal to the number of creatures sacrificed this way and put it onto the battlefield. If you search your library this way, shuffle.
Sorcery
Roll two d8 and choose one result. Draw cards equal to that result. Then you may cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value less than or equal to the other result from your hand without paying its mana cost.
Creature — Vampire (3/3)
When Dominating Vampire enters, gain control of target creature with mana value less than or equal to the number of Vampires you control until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn.
Legendary Creature — Human Samurai (3/3)
Whenever Tetsuo, Imperial Champion attacks, if it's equipped, choose one —
• Tetsuo deals damage equal to the highest mana value among Equipment attached to it to any target.
• You may cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand with mana value less than or equal to the highest mana value among Equipment attached to Tetsuo without paying its mana cost.
Legendary Creature — Human Warrior (2/2)
First strike
Whenever Alesha attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on it.
Raid — At the beginning of your end step, if you attacked this turn, return target creature card with mana value less than or equal to Alesha's power from your graveyard to the battlefield.
