Whenever Dragon-Kami's Egg or a Dragon you control dies, you may cast a creature spell from among cards you own in exile with hatching counters on them without paying its mana cost.

At the beginning of each end step, if a land you controlled was put into a graveyard from the battlefield this turn, reveal the top four cards of your library. You may put any number of Dwarf cards from among them into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Whenever The Seventh Doctor attacks, choose a card in your hand. Defending player guesses whether that card's mana value is greater than the number of artifacts you control.
